Can the app recover deleted files?
No. Once you confirm deletion in Swipe Phot Cleaner, files may be permanently removed from your device. We strongly recommend creating a backup through iCloud, Finder, or another backup method before using deletion features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Does the app upload my photos or videos?
No. Photo and video analysis is designed to happen on your device using native iOS frameworks. We do not upload the content of your photos or videos to our servers.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Make sure the app has Photo Library permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- Restart the app and try again.
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- If the issue persists, email us with a short description of the problem and your iOS version.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
